Michele Carey, also known as Michele Lee Henson, is the daughter of Stanley Willard Henson, Jr who was a physician, and Thelma Burell Henson. Her birthplace was Annapolis, Maryland, United States of America, on the 26th February 1942. As a teenager, she was an accomplished pianist. At the age of thirteen she won a contest in Chicago Music Festival. Fort Collins High School, which was where she completed her high school education in 1960, was the place that her family relocated to. In order to pursue her dream, she relocated to Los Angeles. The modeling industry was her first career, and she signed up with Powers Agency. When she was still modeling, she became more attracted to acting.
