Michele Carey, also known as Michele Lee Henson, is the daughter of Stanley Willard Henson, Jr who was a physician, and Thelma Burell Henson. Her birthplace was Annapolis, Maryland, United States of America, on the 26th February 1942. As a teenager, she was an accomplished pianist. At the age of thirteen she won a contest in Chicago Music Festival.
